Albert Nabiullin is a junior at Rice University, where he’s studying Mathematics and Mathematical Economic Analysis. Through a Baker Institute summer fellowship, he worked at the American
Association for the Advancement of Science, where he researched Russia-DPRK relations.
At Rice University, Albert interns at the James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy, researching innovation policy related to the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He currently serves as the Chief Justice for McMurtry College, a residential college at Rice.
Albert plans to pursue graduate studies in Economics as he continues his career in technology and innovation policy.
