Affiliate profiles are created using [[Form:Affiliate]] to populate [[Template:Affiliate]], which adds individuals to [[:Category:Affiliate]]. Note that [[Template:Affiliate]] shares most of its properties with [[Template:Team Member]] and should be completed in the same way.
