** how much focus on customization? if we're mostly focused on getting traffic and clean editing interfaces, then Medium seems like a good choice (no self-hosting though)
** WordPress is a solid choice if we need heavy customization, but it can be a bit cumbersome to setup and edit with
** I haven't used Ghost before, but it seems like a good alternative to Wordpress.
** Anchor also looks cool (lightweight and open-source)
