== Installing Cargo (3/28/2016) ==

$ cd ~/Downloads

$ git clone https://git.wikimedia.org/git/mediawiki/extensions/Cargo.git

$ cp -r ./Cargo /var/lib/mediawiki/extensions/Cargo

$ cd /var/lib/mediawiki

$ sudo vi LocalSettings.php

Add the following line to the LocalSettings.php configuration file:

require_once( "$IP/extensions/Cargo/Cargo.php" );

Then back to the console to do some PHP updating:

$ php maintenance/update.php
