Meghana Gaur is a 19 20 year old Rice student working as a Research Assistant for the James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy's McNair Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation. She is a sophomore junior at Rice University and a member of Lovett College. Originally from Austin, Texas, Meghana graduated from Lake Travis High School in 2015.

Meghana graduated second in her class from Lake Travis High School (as did her sister Priyanka) in 2015. Meghana is studying Mathematical Economic Analysis, and pursuing minors a minor in Statistics and Politics, Law, and Social Thought. Upon graduation, Meghana hopes to attend law school, either in the areas of international law, corporate law, criminal law, and civil rights law. Meghana is always interested a graduate program in exploring consultingeconomics.

Meghana worked as intern for the McNair Center throughout the 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 academic yearyears. Meghana also worked as a legislative an intern for State Senator Judith Zaffirini (D-Laredo) Duty to Serve Program in the Office of Housing and Community and investment at the Federal Housing Finance Agency this past summer.
