(sum of round dollars)# number of rounds made per year (count of rounds)# number of IPOs per year (VC backed)# number of acquisitions per year (VC backed)# number of alive venture backed firms in a year (had a round within last 5 years and haven't exited) Throw out duplicate names for companies and (take only the most recent onewhen duplicates and match on name and first inv).
