3/9/2016: Interactive Hub Plots in R via leaflet, SDC FixedWidthNormalizer

3/14/2016: Fixed the Combined Rounds Info Hubs normal form text files; finished processing all the hubs files with the Normalizer; Processed the Women in Entrepreneurship files.

3/18/2016: Organized the Hubs Pulls folder on the server; created a Normalizer Documentation Wiki page; documented the Hubs Pulls text files and processing tools; updated the Mapping with R wiki page;

3/23/2016: XML to JSON browser to convert Semantic Mediawiki (particularly the Halo extension) output into an updated API.
