One of the truism of life in the internet age, is that the more tech you can use, the more other people will ask you how to reboot their cell-phone.
I'm variously wear the hats of a programmer, a database admin, a system admin, a network admin, and an end-user for the Haas school of Business, the National Bureau of Economic Research, and edegan.com (my own infrastructure). I would love to share this knowledge, and I will share at least some of it, but I'm in the last year of a Ph.D. and incredibly pushed for time until at least the start of 2013.
