It is a list of filenames corresponding to files in the dropbox folder, which were determined in step 2 of the review to be candidates for inclusion in the up group. Some files will have been erroneously marked and will actually be core or down group papers, or even should be discard. If this is the case add them to this on the PTLR Non-Up Group Filename page.
