Yunnie has an older sister and she was born "illegally" during a time when China's "One-child policy" was enforced. Her favorite childhood memory is spending Lunar New Year in her grandparents' house and setting off fireworks with her cousin. In August 2008, She moved to Chicago with her family. She loves everything about the city, except for one thing - the winter is too cold. That made her decide to study at Rice where she can enjoy the sunny Houston weather. |
