According to their website, the Rice University Education Entrepreneurship Program (REEP) is the nation’s foremost leadership development program for highly motivated educators committed to leading public schools. REEP students undergo a business training program housed at the Jones Graduate School of Business. Currently, there are three REEP programs being offered: the REEP MBA for School Leaders, the REEP Business Fellowship for School Leaders, and the REEP Summer Institute for School Leaders.

REEP MBA for School Leaders

The REEP MBA for School Leaders program is a two year program that equips students with a masters degree in Business Administration and a certificate in Entrepreneurship Education. Upon completion of the program,

REEP Business Fellowship for School Leaders

The REEP Business Fellowship for School Leaders is a one year business training program. This is specifically designed for Houston area K-12 educators with a Master's degree and at least two years of teaching experience. The curriculum is designed to teach educators how to run K-12 schools as CEOs, with classes held on Thursday evenings, Fridays and Saturdays. Below is a list of sample courses:

REEP Summer Institute for School Leaders

This is an 11 day course offered during the summer in which current K-12 educators who already have a Master's degree strive to become more effective school leaders. Past coursework has included:
