The Houston Minority Supplier Development Council provides Pre-Certification Workshops the first Thursday of every month to assist in the application and it is strongly recommended to attend. '''Criteria'''<br />In order to apply and receive MBE Certification, 51% of the business or the company's stock must be owned by minority group individuals (Asian-Indian American, Asian-Pacific American, African American, Hispanic American, or Native American).
