Data is pretty heavily protected for 7a and 504 loans. Comprehensive data is not accessible to public; only accessible to SBA employees. Data is obtained by contact under service by Dun & Bradstreet. See this book, page 16 [https://books.google.com/books?id=RYzbIVP39RoC&pg=PA15&lpg=PA15&dq=comprehensive+sba+loan+data+504&source=bl&ots=_MmL5oLWQY&sig=-0geLuDHvCRTLXwRQDSSIFnnY0E&hl=en&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjw_ffdjsPJAhWPrIMKHThGBBcQ6AEINzAD#v=onepage&q=comprehensive%20sba%20loan%20data%20504&f=false| SBA book on google books]
Page 22 of same book outlines SBA practices and tracks improvement progress. I.e., SBA has made limited progress in compliance with internal policies/ control functions.
