Albert Nabiullin is a junior at Rice University, where he’s studying Mathematics and Mathematical Economic Analysis. He is currently on a summer fellowship at the American Association for the Advancement of Science, where he is researching Russia-DPRK relations. He is also conducting research on intellectual property rights with faculty at George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs.
At Rice University, Albert interns at the James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy, researching innovation policy related to the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He currently serves as the Chief Justice for McMurtry College, a residential college at Rice. He also serves as a Board Member of Baker Institute Student Forum, a student branch of the James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy.
Albert plans to pursue graduate studies in Economics as he continues his career in technology and innovation policy.
