==REEP Business Fellowship for School Leaders==
The REEP Business Fellowship for School Leaders is a one year business training program. This is specifically designed for Houston area K-12 educators with a Master's degree and at least two years of teaching experience. The curriculum is designed to teach educators how to run K-12 schools as CEOs,with classes held on Thursday evenings, Fridays and Saturdays. Below is a list of sample courses:*Data Analysis*Implementing Strategy / Change Management*Organizational Behavior/ Leadership*Communications/ Marketing *Teamwork / Decision Making / Negotiations*Accounting/ Finance*School Boards & Central Offices*REEP Summer Institute courses related to Problem Solving, Leadership and Innovation ==REEP Summer Institute for School Leaders==This is an 11 day course offered during the summer in which current K-12 educators who already have a Master's degree strive to become more effective school leaders.
